Our Custom Exhaust process
- Tell us the goal. A louder or quieter tone, a universal muffler welded in, a direct-fit unit, or fitting performance exhaust parts you've sourced — we start by understanding what you actually want out of the vehicle.
- Inspect the full system. We get it on the lift and check the whole path for rust, cracks and worn hangers, including the braided flex pipe that lets the engine move without stressing the rest of the exhaust. That way we fix the real problem instead of building new parts onto a failing section.
- Measure and mock it up. We size the pipe, plan the routing around the factory hangers and clearances, and make sure everything clears the floor, the driveshaft and the suspension before a single weld goes in.
- Fabricate and weld. We cut, bend and weld the sections to fit your vehicle, fitting either a welded-in universal muffler or a direct-fit unit depending on what you chose and what the vehicle takes.
- Fit and check. We hang it on the factory mounts, confirm it sits stock and quiet, then run it to listen for leaks and make sure the tone is what you asked for.
- Show you the finished work. Before you drive off, we walk you through what we did and what we replaced — same as we do with every job.
